 Cherene Thomas-Smith is the creator and operator of Pol-arise Australia which was born in late 2004. "I’d reached the other side of 40 and realised that life is far too short to waste and no matter what your age (or size) you can do ANYTHING you want to, if just pointed in the right direction."

Most ladies find the normal gym workout pretty boring these days, and pole dancing adds just the right amount of spice to make it FUN while they're getting fit. 

Today, Pol-arise continues to steadily grow with Studio's and Representatives on the Central Coast and Newcastle (NSW) as well as Melbourne and Adelaide. Pol-arise offer Pole Dance classes to women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels - for FUN, FITNESS and FANTASY.

Pol-arise can also arrange a Hen's Party, Girl's Night or Corporate Function and also supply all Pole Dance accessories including their own locally manufactured Dance Poles, Shoes etc.
